The hotel used to be a monastery but was completely renovated and is quite modern. The staff is very friendly and the service is always great. The in-house restaurant is also good with an often changing menu and seasonal dishes. Especially the steaks are surprisingly good! The breakfast selection is rich and plentiful. The rooms are all identical with a queen size bed and TV. Free WiFi is available and mostly very usable. The location is convenient with easy access to the city by foot.

Zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage in Kempten. Geräumige, attraktive Zimmer. Freundliches, professionelles Personal. Abendessen und Frühstück im Restaurant waren sehr gut. Schöne Parkanlage auf der Rückseite des Hotels.

Sehr gutes Hotel, sauber und ruhig. Alleine 5* für das Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Tolles Hotel mit modernen, sauberen Zimmer. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und das Personal stets nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gern wieder!
