Our digital services

Our website provides information about St. Raphael im Allgäu, our rooms and offers, our restaurant, as well as conferences and events.

In addition, our website allows you to:

  • check room availability and book a stay online,
  • select and purchase vouchers online,
  • send general enquiries, and
  • submit enquiries for conferences and events.

We use the DIRS21 booking system for online room reservations. Our online voucher shop is provided by e-guma.

How our online services work

When booking a room, you first select your travel dates and the number of guests. Available rooms and offers are then displayed. After selecting an offer, you enter the information required for the reservation and can complete your booking.

In our voucher shop, you can select a voucher, enter the required information and complete your order using one of the available payment methods.

Our contact and conference enquiry forms allow you to send us your enquiry and the necessary information digitally.

Accessibility of our digital services

We design our website and digital services so that they can be used in a way that is as perceivable, operable, understandable and robust as possible.

In particular, we pay attention to:

  • a clear and logical page structure,
  • keyboard accessibility for essential functions,
  • clearly visible keyboard focus,
  • sufficient colour contrast,
  • the ability to enlarge text and content,
  • responsive presentation across different screen sizes,
  • meaningful text alternatives for informative images,
  • clearly labelled links and buttons,
  • understandable labels for form fields, and
  • compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies.

The external systems used for room bookings and voucher purchases are also intended to be included in the review of our key digital processes.

Testing and continuous improvement

We are working to improve the accessibility of our website. A comprehensive assessment of all digital services has not yet been completed.

Further assessment is planned to combine automated technical checks with manual testing. This includes testing keyboard operation, enlarged display, use with a screen reader, and the main booking and form processes.

If barriers are identified, we review them and work to remove them.

Feedback and contact

If you encounter any accessibility barriers while using our website or digital services, we welcome your feedback.
